I like to point out that article marketing is not the most exciting thing on earth. From time to time, I have thought about quitting because I lose focus. There are times when I would browse on Google for article marketing e-books that promise to help me make millions of dollars doing it. One thing that I have learned is that if you do not stick to what you are doing, you will never know if it really works!

How to stick with article marketing:

When I think about quitting, I would think to myself, "If I write one article per day, I would have 365 articles in a year, and these articles are here to stay forever to help drive traffic to my website."

I always tell myself to write at least 10 articles per day, but that is almost impossible. Getting burned out is the last thing I want when I want to succeed. When you get that feeling of quitting, it is time for you to take a break. Enjoy the nice weather at the beach, or basically anything to relax for awhile.

On days when I do not feel like writing 10 articles per day, I'll tell myself to write a lot less but high quality articles. For example, if I just want to write 2 articles today, then they better be top notch. I can honestly tell you that when I write so much in a day, my writing gets very sloppy.

What motivates me the most is when I think to myself just how many people I can help by providing quality content. How much do you enjoy helping people?
